CSD Racing Products Weld-On Threaded Inserts are CNC machined from alloy steel for precision and versatility, to create a strong, 6mm X 1.0 threaded mounting point on just about any curved or flat surface. Use them on frame rails and chassis components to mount body panels, mounting brackets or other assemblies. They feature a 1/2″ round barrel and a 1″ flat flange. Simply drill a 1/2″ hole in any surface, drop in the insert and weld around the flange edges. Sold by each.
