CSD RZR Chromoly RS1 Nerf Bar Kit

Description

CSD’s Nerf Bars for the Polaris RZR RS1 are designed and built for competition.  They are constructed of super-strong chromoly, which allows us to use a thinner wall tubing to match the strength of standard nerf bars but at a significant weight savings.  Each nerf bar weighs only 8.5 lbs.  Another feature designed for competition is that our nerf bars extend to the full track width of the car, to prevent wheel tangle-ups in close-quarters racing.  In the event a nerf bar is damaged in use, replacement bars are sold individually and can be replaced in minutes.  These nerf bars are available either raw or with a durable multi-stage semi-gloss black powder coat finish.
