CSD Pivot Assembly

Description

This pivot assembly from CSD Racing Products makes easy to add doors, links or any other pivoting device to a cage or other fabricated structure.  It works better than a simple urethane bushing, with smoother, precise action and a seal against dirt and dust.  The CNC machined pivot body is 1-1/4″ in diameter and can be welded to doors, tubes and other structural members.  Inside, a machined steel sleeve precisely fits an M10 through-bolt (not included; 3/8 bolts may also be used).  A pair of lightly greased, machined polymer bushings snap into either end, and then a metal dust cap slips over each end of the assembly.  Simply add your own through-bolt and two tabs, and you’re just about done fabricating a smooth-operating, durable hinge or pivot.  Sold by each.
