Make your fabrication projects faster and easier by setting up an assembly fixture for anything you’re making multiple copies of.  These Tube Assembly Fixtures make it easy to set up an assembly fixture or jig, to precisely hold tubular components in place, part after part, for repeatable precision of every assembly.  Once the fixture is set up, simply set the tubular components into the saddles, lock them in place with the collars, then weld it all up for a perfect finished part every time.  These fixtures can be permanently welded or bolted onto a fixture plate, for long-term use.  They are precision laser cut from 3/16″ plate steel to last forever, with included Grade 8 hardware for the collars to lock workpieces into place.  They come in tube OD sizes from 3/4″ up to 2″, in quarter-in increments.  They’re sold by each so you can mix and match any combination and quantity according to the needs of your assembly fixtures.
