Our easy to install spring kits make it a breeze to greatly improve your suspension, from cruising with the family in the dunes, to racing flat out in the desert. We’ve put our 20+ years of suspension experience and hours of development and testing into creating spring kits for SXS models. Our spring kits come in four different options/rates.
- Simple Kit – Our most basic kit includes four tender springs and four crossover rings to give you the performance of a dual rate setup, in a cost-efficient package. The upgraded tender springs allow for a better, “plusher” ride, while the added crossovers change when the stock, stiff main springs comes into play.
- Performance Kit – Perfect for weekend warriors, families, or those with fairly-stock UTVs. Replaces necessary springs to allow for better performance in most conditions. Dials in the Shocks with proper rate and length springs to allow for more performance and tunability in most conditions, eliminating bottoming, but allowing comfort in small chop.
- Heavy Duty Kit – Riding with 4 passengers all the time? Lots of added weight from coolers, tool boxes, spares, lights, etc? Our heavy-duty kit keeps all of this in mind. Like our performance kit, the Heavy Duty sets up your SXS with rates and lengths to address the added weight, without being overly stiff/harsh. Be able to aggressively tackle terrain without the worry of G-ing Out.
- Long Travel Kit – We produced a spring kit just for vehicles that utilize long travel kits (A-Arms and Trailing Arms). Even though the “location” stays the same, the long travel kit changes leverage & how the shock works., thus, heavier springs are needed to correct this.
