Anyone who races RZR 170’s knows that these little guys can really mix it up on the track. Protect your race car–and your racer–by installing the CSD Racing Products Nerf Bar Kit for RZR 170. The kit features CSD’s triangulated nerf bars with tough 3-point mounting. The Nerf Bars are made of strong but lightweight 3/4″ X .065-wall DOM tubing. The included spud kit is intended to be securely welded to your RZR’s chassis. The spud brackets are fabricated from super-strong .125″ chromoly plate. Also included is hardware to attach the Nerf Bars to the spuds.
The Nerf Bars are easily removable by pulling the hardware and slipping the Nerf Bar’s three mounting bars out of the spuds. This easy remove and replace makes it easy to take the bars off to gain better access to the vehicle during prep, and also makes it easier to remove body panels. The Nerf Bars are replaceable if they are damaged, as either side bar is sold separately as a replacement item.
